1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the calo11 platform (including all services, games, and features available through the website https://calo11.cam), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and calo11 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the calo11 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through email notification to your registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of calo11 services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use calo11 services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

calo11 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We employ age verification measures during the KYC process and may conduct random age verification checks. Any attempt to circumvent age restrictions through false information or fraudulent documents will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

3.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

The calo11 platform is intended for use by residents of Indonesia. By creating an account, you confirm that you are physically located within Indonesia at the time of registration and during all subsequent use of platform services. We reserve the right to restrict access from certain regions or jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by local law.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of calo11 services complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. If online gaming is illegal in your location, you must not access or use the platform. We accept no liability for violations of local gaming regulations by Users.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the calo11 platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all duplicate accounts, cancellation of all pending transactions, voiding of bets and bonuses, and forfeiture of balances in the duplicate accounts.

If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same individual (through duplicate personal information, payment methods, IP addresses, device fingerprints, or other identifying factors), we reserve the right to close all related accounts and confiscate funds. Only the original account may be retained at our sole discretion.

3.4 Capacity to Contract

By accepting these Terms, you represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any legal disability, bankruptcy proceedings, or court orders that would prevent you from entering contracts. If your legal status changes such that you no longer meet these requirements, you must immediately notify us and cease using the platform.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To use calo11 services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as shown on your Indonesian KTP), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and preferred password. All information provided must be truthful and match official identification documents.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials (username, password, and any security questions or two-factor authentication methods). You must not share your login information with any third party or allow others to access your account under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach, you must immediately change your password and notify calo11 customer support. We recommend using strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

calo11 is required to verify the identity of all Players as part of our regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering obligations. During the KYC process, you will be required to submit valid identification documents including your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months), and a selfie holding your ID document.

Verification is typically completed within 1-24 hours of receiving complete and clear documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in limitations on your account, including restrictions on deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information at any time if we deem it necessary to comply with legal obligations or verify your identity.

All documents submitted must be valid, unaltered, and clearly legible. Submission of forged, altered, or fraudulent documents will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.

4.4 Account Suspension and Termination

calo11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, colluded with other players, used automated software or bots, or conducted any activity that we deem harmful to the platform or other users.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds within thirty (30) days. After this period, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Accounts closed due to Terms violations will result in immediate forfeiture of all funds and may not be reopened.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

calo11 accepts deposits through various Indonesian payment methods including major banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

All deposits must originate from payment sources registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Using another person's payment method, even with their permission, violates these Terms and will result in confiscation of deposited funds and potential account closure. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and fraud.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly for most payment methods. If a deposit does not appear in your account within fifteen (15) minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems beyond our control.

5.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your name and verified during the KYC process. You must use the same payment method for withdrawals as used for deposits unless that method is no longer available or at our discretion. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary by payment method and account verification status.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1-6 hours during business hours (WIB timezone) for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require additional verification and processing time of up to 24-48 hours. We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request.

Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Only funds derived from completed wagering requirements or direct deposits (not subject to active bonus terms) are considered withdrawable balance. Attempting to withdraw funds in violation of bonus terms will result in cancellation of the withdrawal and forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

calo11 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with international standards. All financial transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. We reserve the right to request additional documentation regarding the source of deposited funds if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illicit activity.

As part of our AML obligations, you must wager deposited funds at least once (1x turnover) before those funds become eligible for withdrawal. This requirement prevents the platform from being used as a money transfer service. Repeatedly depositing and withdrawing without gameplay constitutes a violation of these Terms.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

calo11 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods. You must read and understand the specific terms of each bonus before claiming it.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager bonus funds before they convert to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 35x wagering requires Rp 3,500,000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted. Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements (slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute less).

Bonuses are intended for recreational players and must be used in good faith. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or any coordinated activity to exploit bonuses, is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture, voiding of related winnings, and potential account closure.

6.2 Bonus Restrictions

Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. You cannot combine multiple promotions or claim the same bonus repeatedly. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met. We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

Maximum bet limits apply when playing with bonus funds (typically Rp 50,000 - Rp 100,000 per bet depending on the specific promotion). Exceeding maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Always check the specific terms of your active bonus.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the calo11 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fair, random, and unpredictable outcomes. RNG software is regularly tested and certified by independent third-party auditors to verify compliance with industry fairness standards. Game outcomes cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by the platform or players.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical values calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee specific results in individual sessions. Short-term results may vary significantly from stated RTP due to variance. Actual game results are recorded on our servers and are considered final and binding.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the calo11 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

7.3 Disputes and Errors

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, transaction history, or account activity, the records maintained on calo11 servers shall be the final authority. If you believe an error has occurred, you must report it immediately to customer support with specific details including date, time, game name, and description of the error.

Disputes must be raised within seven (7) days of the disputed event. After this period, all game results and transactions are considered final. We will investigate all legitimate disputes and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe. Our decision on disputes is final and binding.

All content on the calo11 platform including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, text, images, videos, trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the intellectual property of calo11 or our licensed content providers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or use any content from the platform without express written permission from calo11.

The calo11 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of calo11. Unauthorized use of any trademarks or proprietary information is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, calo11, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury.

calo11 provides the platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Technical issues, server downtime, and maintenance periods may occur, and we are not liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your calo11 account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using calo11, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international law and the laws applicable to online gaming operations. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the calo11 platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the above, calo11 reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights or prevent fraudulent activity.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and calo11 regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

13.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of calo11.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. calo11 may assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder at any time without restriction.
